 Who must have a ticket?
  • Everyone 3 years and older must have a ticket to enter a Golden Hurricane event.
  • Children under three without a ticket, along with their bags, carriers, etc., may not occupy a seat in any way.
 What is/Where is Will Call?
  • Pick up tickets you have ordered on the internet or by phone as early as the next business afternoon following the date of purchase.
  • Tickets ordered 8 days or more prior to an event are mailed.
  • Tickets ordered 7 days or less prior to an event are placed in Will Call.
  • Photo ID is required to pick up tickets in Will Call.
  • Only the ticket holder of record may pick up tickets in Will Call.
  • Arrangements may be made in advance to have someone other than the ticket holder pick up the tickets, by calling the TU Ticket Office at 918-631-GoTU (4688).
  • Office Hours pick up - Tickets are available for pick up at the TU Ticket Office, located in the upper level of the NW corner of the Reynolds Center.
  • Game Day pick up -
    • Events at H.A. Chapman Stadium
      • Football - 2:00pm kickoff - Tickets are available for pick up at the TU Ticket Office in the NW corner of the Reynolds Center from 9:00am to 11:00am and again beginning 1.5 hours prior to kickoff.
      • Football - 6:00pm kickoff - Tickets are available for pick up at the TU Ticket Office in the NW corner of the Reynolds Center from 10:00am to 3:00pm and again beginning 1.5 hours prior to kickoff.
    • Events at the Reynolds Center
      • Men's Basketball - Beginning 1 hours prior to tip-off, tickets are available for pick up at the TU Ticket Office.
      • Women's Basketball and Volleyball - Beginning 1 hour prior to tipoff, tickets are available for pick up at the TU Ticket Office.
    • Events at the Hardesty Sports Complex(Softball)
      • Tickets are available for pick up 1 hour prior to the start of the event at the main gate of the event location.
    • Events at the Hurricane Stadium(Men's and Women's Soccer and Men's and Women's Track/Field)
      • Tickets are available for pick up 1 hour prior to the start of the event at the main gate of the event location.
      • Hurricane Stadium is located at the corner of 6th and Delaware, adjacent to the Collins Fitness Center"
 What about Group tickets?
  • Group rates are available for organizational groups such as Scouts, elementary schools, etc.
  • Please call the TU Ticket Office at 918-631-GoTU (4688) to arrange for the group discount.
  • All arrangements must be made prior to the day of the event.
  • Football -
    • 15-50 tickets $3.00 off regular price
    • 51-100 tickets $4.00 off regular price
    • 101-200 tickets $6.00 off regular price
    • 201+ tickets $8.00 off regular price
  • Men's and Women's Soccer, Women's Basketball, Volleyball, and Softball -
    • 20 or more tickets - $4.00
  • No Group rates are available for Men's Basketball.
 What if I lose my tickets?
  • Replacement passes are available to season ticket holders and individual ticket holders in reserved seating areas for the following reasons:
    • Tickets are to be left for a friend.
    • Tickets were never received in the mail.
    • Tickets were lost or stolen.
    • Tickets were accidentally destroyed.
  • Only the ticket holder of record, with proof of identification, may request a Replacement pass.
  • A credit card must be provided and may be charged face value of the replaced ticket(s) if original ticket(s) are not forwarded to the TU Ticket Office within 2 weeks of the event.
  • Replacement passes take precedence over the original ticket(s).
  • Anyone attempting to gain admittance to an event using original ticket(s) after a Replacement pass has been issued will be escorted from the facility and is subject to criminal prosecution.
  • Replacement passes are issued solely at the discretion of the TU Ticket Office.
 What if I need Special Seating Accommodations?
  • Fans requiring special seating, such as wheelchair and attendant seating, should contact the TU Ticket Office at 918-631-GoTU (4688).
 What about Refunds and Exchanges?
  • All purchases are final. There are no refunds or exchanges.
 What can I take into the games?
  • Permitted items
    • Hand held cameras
    • Back packs, duffel/beach bags (all bags will be searched upon entry)
    • TU flags
    • Signs/Banners (subject to approval by event staff)
  • Prohibited items
    • Umbrellas
    • Video cameras
    • Containers, including thermoses
    • Outside food and beverages
    • Weapons, or objects deemed hazardous by event staff
    • Alcohol
    • Visiting team flags
    • Artificial Noisemakers (bells, whistles, bullhorns, etc.)
    • Excessively large signs
    • Signs with vulgar language
  • Smoking is prohibited in ALL seating areas, restrooms, elevators, press box levels, and on the field
