- Go to the official web site for NC State Athletics: www.GOPACK.com
- Select TICKETS from the toolbar running across the top of the page.
- Click on the BUY TICKETS ONLINE link located just below the menu bar.
- A new window will open. Select the SEASON RENEWALS link near the center of the page.
Return Customers:
- If you have already registered or renewed online before, enter either your email address or your Ticket ID and then your password in the spaces provided below “Already Registered” and select LOGIN.
If your login attempt is successful, then skip to #9 below. If you are unable to login, and are sure you have used the online system before, please call the Athletics Ticket Office to confirm your login information at (919) 865-1510.
First Time Users:
- If this is your FIRST time renewing season tickets online, then you will need to click on the
REGISTER NOW link that appears in the center of the page.
- Enter your Ticket ID number and your ATO Pin number (usually provided on your paper application – call the ticket office if you cannot locate one or both of the numbers), then select ACTIVATE.
- The next page that appears will allow you to register your account online. Items marked with an asterisk must be filled in. Enter your email address, which will become your login for the online ticket system. For your password, choose something you can easily remember. Once you have finished filling in the information, select REGISTER at the bottom of the page.
- The next page will show your complete registration. If the information shown is correct, select YES at the bottom of the page.
- A highlighted link (usually red) for your season ticket application should appear near the center of the page. Click on the link.
- The page that appears is your online renewal application. If you have any renewable seat locations, they will appear at the top of the page. If you do not have renewable seat locations, you will need to order season tickets under the “Additional Items” listed on the lower half of the application.
- Parking and other season items will also need to be ordered under “Additional Items.”
**** Be sure to indicate any location or group seating/parking requests in the comments boxes associated with each item. Group requests must include full names, ranks, and Ticket ID numbers for each member of the group.
- Once you have completed your order, select ADD TO CART to proceed.
- Review your order information. Make any changes needed. Select your Delivery Method. Click on the CHECK OUT button to continue.
- Verify your account information and check the appropriate payment option, and enter your credit card information. Check the terms and conditions box and then click the SUBMIT PAYMENT button.
- Processing your payment should take just a few moments. If this step exceeds a reasonable amount of time, DO NOT ATTEMPT TO SUBMIT YOUR PAYMENT AGAIN. Attempting payment again could result in multiple charges on your credit/debit card. Stop what you are doing and exit your internet browser. Contact the ticket office to check the status of your order before proceeding any further.
- If your payment is processed successfully, a confirmation screen will appear. Congratulations! You have just renewed/ordered your season tickets and should receive an email confirmation at the email address provided.
